👋🏼 Hi, I’m
Ashleigh!

Certified nutrition coach who
helps women lose fat while ditching
food restriction and guilt.

I *officially* founded A-Hub Nutrition in 2015, but it was in the works LONG before I got my first client.

Here’s my story:

It all started when I got into CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting when I was just 16 years old. Before long, I began my journey to qualify for the USA Weightlifting Junior Nationals and needed to cut weight – that’s when I hired my first nutrition coach.

Not only did I successfully drop the weight by tracking macros, but I also fell in LOVE with the entire process (and yes, I qualified!).

My coach wasn’t just giving me macros and sending me on my way. They were helping me level up and become a better version of myself.

I realized that is
EXACTLY what I wanted to help people do, too.

I’d love to say it’s been smooth sailing since then, but that would be a lie.

As I continued to compete, I flew a little too close to the sun. I was over-training and under-recovering (hint: this is a really, really bad idea), and I eventually lost my period.

Eventually, I had to take a BIG step back – what was once a healthy, fun outlet for me had completely taken over my life and was harmful to my health.

As challenging as this time was for me, it was ultimately a positive experience because it made me a better coach. I take the lessons I learned and use them every single day to help my clients live healthy, FULL lives that *don’t* revolve around food and exercise.

Today, I help women hit their fat loss goals WITHOUT going to extreme measures.

To date, I’ve helped more than 1,000 women find balance on their fat loss journeys and truly enjoy the process – because it IS possible.

And guess what?

If you don’t enjoy the journey, you’ll NEVER maintain the results.

So, if you’re ready to ditch the perfectionist mindset that’s holding you back, improve your relationship with food, never go on another crash diet, and get REAL results that are EASY to sustain…

You’re 100% in the right place, and I’m SO glad you’re here.
