MEET yOUR COACH:

Hi! I’m Ashleigh.

I’m a certified nutrition coach with a background in competitive CrossFit and weightlifting who specializes in teaching people how to reach their goals WITHOUT crash dieting, restricting or eliminating their favorite foods, or sacrificing their social life and sanity.

Once upon a time, I was there… and it wasn’t fun.

I know what it’s like to crash and burn – we don’t do that here.

Instead, I believe in balance. To date, I’ve taught more than 1,000 people how to lose fat, build muscle and change their body composition while continuing to live their lives to the fullest.

When we work together, I focus on empowering you by sharing the knowledge you need to be successful for years to come. You’ll never get a cookie-cutter plan (those only work for so long… like, until your cravings make you lose your mind 😅)...

But I WILL clear the path for you, showing you EXACTLY how to get where you want to go.

Because that’s my job as your coach.

  • FOREVER! Once you’re inside 8 Weeks to Macro Mastery, you’ll have lifetime access to the modules and all of the resources I provide.

  • Macros = macronutrients (protein, carbs and fats), which make up the calories in your food. To lose weight, you must be in a caloric deficit – and counting macros is a simple, incredibly effective way to ensure you’re actually eating the appropriate amount to reach your goals.

    To put it simply: It’s impossible to properly manage something if you don’t measure it. If you have no idea how much you’re consuming, it’s REALLY hard to take actionable steps toward your goals.
